Last weekend, we set up a candy bar at the beautiful Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The room was lovely and the flowers by Sweatpea florist were fabulous. Kerri, the wedding planner of A Touch of Bliss, had everything totally in control and running smoothly.

I have just moved all of my beautiful merchandise to my retail space in Bridalize in the Landmark of Greenwood Village, Colorado. It is a Bridal boutique that services brides who may need a little help planning their wedding or a lot. It isn’t just for brides, though. It is very quickly becoming a very busy time. It is wedding season. So, many brides with so many choices to make. I am doing my best to try to reach just a few of those brides and help them make a few of their important decisions. I have wonderful guest books, ring pillows and flower girl baskets. My favorite is the gold silk brocade set. It has just the right amount of “Bling”. The truth is I think they are all so beautiful. I never knew there were so many incredible choices. Now, I am in the position to help the bride find the perfect one to fit her style. I just need to find her and she just has to find me.

This is a fabulous cookbook. Simply Southern with a Dash of Kosher Soul is the answer to “what’s for dinner”. The recipes are tried and true and are delicious. I was at their taste testing night in Memphis. If you go to the site and search through the pictures of the event, you will see both my husband and I trying many of the incredible dishes in this book. Valentine’s Day at Greenwood Athletic Club

I have been at Greenwood Athletic Club for the last four days selling balloons filled with a stuffed animal and candy. The reviews have been great. I have really enjoyed seeing how some men really take the time to consider their valentine. They put great thought into the colors and what she would really like to have in her balloon. Some were very thoughtful and added a gift card for a massage or dinner to their favorite restaurant. It was fun to see the light bulb go on for the creative types when they realized the great gift giving potential that a gift balloon would serve.
